How do I charge my Charging your Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush?
Gently insert your USB cable or the cable of your charger into your device’s charging port. When the device is fully charged (after approximately 90 minutes) the LED light will emit a steady glow.
My Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush does not charge or work even after the first initial 90-minute charge.
Charging the Glow Sonic® usually takes 90 minutes(the device is not pre-charged). Please make sure that the charge plug is plugged in properly. A blue light should come on to indicate that the device is charging. You can charge for more than 90 minutes. Sometimes the battery will need charging over the 90 minutes. Try charging the device for up to 24 hours. If your Glow Sonic® appears to have finished charging but still does not work, hold down the centre button hard for 5 to 10 seconds to get it to start. If all the above fails, your Glow Sonic® product may be faulty. Please contact us for information on how to obtain a replacement.

How often should I use my Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush?
We recommend starting out by using your device once a day on a lower setting and increasing/decreasing the intensity based on how your skin responds.
You may see best results from using it twice daily (morning and evening) or you may see best results from using a couple of times per week.
Is the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush waterproof?
Yes – the Glow Sonic® is waterproof up to IPx7 and can be used in the shower, or bath.
How do I clean my Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush?
Always clean your Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush thoroughly after use.
You can clean your Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush by using warm water with soap/gentle facial cleanser or using warm water only. Afterwards rinse off with clean water, pat dry with a towel and place the device back on its charging base to air-dry.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you immerse the charging cradle under water. To clean, wipe the charging cradle with a dry towel or cloth.
Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol or harsh ingredients/chemicals as they may irritate the skin.
What if I have eczema, acne, or other skin conditions?
If your skin condition is serious, we recommend that you check with your Dr or dermatologist before using the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush. If you have a mild condition, we do suggest that you start with the least powerful setting and use the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush once a day (choose morning or evening) so that your skin gets used to the device. Then you should be able to use your Glow Sonic® device twice a day. The Glow Sonic® is a very gentle cleansing device and is suitable for all skin types including sensitive and can be used twice a day, morning, and evening.
Is the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush safe to use around the eye area?
Yes. The Glow Sonic® is safe to use around all areas of the face. We suggest that you use Cleansing Mode 1 which is the standard gentle setting when cleaning around the eye area.
Can I use the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush to apply my face serums and lotions?
Yes, you can use your Glow Sonic® to apply your favourite serums, lotions or creams after facial cleansing. We suggest using Mode 3: Magni Bead Vibration™. Uses Magni Bead™ rotation with sonic vibration at medium sonic vibration intensity. This mode will gently infuse your skincare products into your skin. Using the Glow Sonic® in combination with your beauty products will provide superior results in the application of beauty products to your skin.
After using, rinse your Glow Sonic® with warm water and cleanse with Soap or a liquid facial cleanser, dry place back on the magnetic charging port.
Why should I remove my makeup before using the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush?
If you don’t remove makeup (or other surfactants from your skin) the Glow Sonic® will be unable to effectively clean your skin. Instead it is more likely that some of the makeup will be ‘scrubbed’ into the skin. Please remove all make-up first before using the Glow Sonic® for a more effective cleansing of the skin.

Charging your Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush
Your Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush is rechargeable by USB cable and comes with a USB charger. The device takes 90 minutes to charge and should last up to 90 uses. While the device is charging the indicator light with flash intermittently. When the device is fully charged the indicator light will show a stable light.
Using your Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush
We suggest using cleansers that are NOT silicone, exfoliant beaded or clay based as these cleansers may affect the effectiveness of the Glow Sonic® graduated silicone bristles. Any other cleanser such as a face soap or other type of liquid cleanser is fine to use.
Wet your face and apply your regular cleanser. Firmly press the centre button of the device to switch it on and activate the cleansing function of choice. Keep pressing to access the five cleansing modes.
Cleansing Modes of The Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush
Mode 1: Standard Soft Vibration Mode with Massage. Uses sonic vibration and sonic pulse vibration with Magni bead rotation at 8000 rpms.
Mode 2: Strong Vibration Mode with Massage. Uses sonic vibration and sonic pulse vibration with Magni bead rotation at 10000 rpms.
Mode 3: Magni Bead Vibration™. Uses Magni Bead rotation with sonic vibration at medium sonic vibration intensity.
Mode 4: Soft Vibration Mode only. Uses sonic vibration only.
Mode 5: Soft Intermittent Sound Wave Vibration. Uses sonic vibration at 60rpms.
The Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Vibration Facial Cleansing Brush will automatically switch off after 90 seconds.
What should I not use Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush for?
If you have a skin condition or any medical concerns, please consult GP or Dermatologist or medical practitioner before use.
Using the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush should be a pleasant experience, – if you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a GP.
Take extra care when cleansing the under eye region.
Avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers, exfoliators or scrubs as they may damage the soft touch silicone bristles.
Avoid leaving your Glow Sonic® in direct sunlight and never expose it to extreme heat or boiling water or extreme cold.
Never use the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush if the device and/or charger appears to be damaged.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, this equipment must only be connected to a supply mains with protected earth.
We recommend using the Glow Sonic® Magni Bead™ Facial Cleansing Brush for no longer than 3 minutes at a time.
